Two sites. Two reactors. One integrated nuclear platform. Idaho National Lab, construction is advancing on Oklo’s first commercial Aurora powerhouse, bringing clean, reliable power closer to reality. Our team and Kiewit have excavated enough material to fill 20 Olympic swimming pools in preparation for the reactor foundation. In Texas, our Groves isotope test reactor is approaching criticality. Groves is helping Oklo develop the experience, supply chains, and capabilities needed to make advanced nuclear deployment faster and more repeatable. This is what deployment looks like. Watch the latest progress.

What keeps a reactor safe? In Oklo’s Aurora powerhouse, safety is built into the physics. Inherent physical responses automatically stabilize the reactor under changing conditions. That means the same forces that drive the operation also stabilize it. These principles were proven 40 years ago in reactors like Experimental Breeder Reactor-II & Fast Flux Test Facility. Now, those same principles are the foundation for Oklo’s fast reactor technology today. Proven in practice, not just theory. Learn more:

Last month, Oklo CEO Jake DeWitte joined Spencer Cox and the Abundance Institute at the Operation Gigawatt Summit in Utah. The discussions focused on the growing role advanced nuclear can play in meeting rising energy demand from AI, data centers, industrial growth, and electrification. The summit also highlighted the opportunities nuclear can create across research, workforce development, supply chains, and economic development. That interest is reflected in Governor Cox's engagement with the industry—from policy conversations to attending milestones like Oklo's Aurora powerhouse groundbreaking at Idaho National Laboratory last year.

Oklo × Meta Oklo and Meta have signed an agreement to advance the development of a nuclear energy campus in Pike County, Ohio, designed to scale up to 1.2 gigawatts. The agreement includes a binding prepayment to support fuel procurement, enabling Oklo to advance early project work and secure fuel—adding new, clean, reliable power to the grid without shifting infrastructure costs to existing residents or businesses. The project lays the groundwork for multiple Oklo Aurora powerhouses, thousands of construction and long-term jobs, expansion of Ohio’s clean energy workforce, and long-term investment in local and state energy infrastructure.

Oklo CEO Jacob DeWitte joined Liz Claman on FOX Business to discuss why nuclear is the clear solution for power in space. Nuclear has powered missions for decades through isotope systems that deliver continuous energy where others can’t. At Oklo, we’re building the systems that support both the present and the future, including our isotope test reactor that will reach criticality by July 4. Full interview:

Building nuclear means advancing multiple pieces of work at once, and Oklo has been busy. Over the past year, we moved from planning to execution: construction began Idaho National Lab for Aurora-INL in Idaho, key partners like Kiewit and Siemens Energy were locked in, fuel milestones were cleared, a fuel recycling facility was unveiled in Tennessee, and advanced our Radioisotopes Pilot Facility in Texas. And the work continues. Watch below ↓

Fast reactor technology is the foundation that connects Oklo's power, fuel, and isotope business lines into one integrated system. Our fast-fission powerhouses provide clean, always-on electricity while enabling practical fuel recycling, which can produce isotopes for medical, industrial, space, and national security applications. Together, these business lines function as one platform that maximizes value across the nuclear lifecycle.

Ground is broken at the Oklo Idaho National Lab site. The first Aurora powerhouse is taking shape as part of the U.S. Department of Energy’s Reactor Pilot Program. Built to repurpose used fuel from the very reactor that inspired us, the Experimental Breeder Reactor II, turning yesterday’s innovation into tomorrow’s clean power.

Most traditional nuclear systems use fuel only once, leaving about 95% of its potential energy untapped. Oklo is changing that. Fuel recycling is core to our model, recovering that energy and putting it back to work. Less waste. More value. Stronger domestic energy supply. A fundamentally different system that changes how we think about fuel, waste, and long-term supply.

Meet Groves — Oklo's isotopes test reactor, under construction in Texas. Isotopes power some of the most critical technologies in modern medicine, from early cancer detection to targeted therapies that deliver treatment directly to tumors. Millions of Americans depend on them. Nearly all of that supply comes from overseas. Oklo is building here. And we're reaching criticality by July 4th. Stay tuned.
