We now have seen at least three ammo depots, that were placed in the middle of residential neighborhoods in the span of just two months - Pavlograd, Vishneve and Bucha district that caused mass casualty events. By any measure possible, it's a war crime: Article 51(7) of Additional Protocol I to the Geneva Conventions expressly prohibits using the presence of the civilian population to shield military objectives from military operations. Article 28 of the Fourth Geneva Convention prohibits using the presence of protected persons to shield certain points or areas from military operations. Rule 97 of customary international humanitarian law of the International Committee of the Red Cross expressly states: the use of human shields is prohibited. Article 8(2)(b)(xxiii) of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court classifies using the presence of civilians to shield certain points, areas, or armed forces from military operations as a war crime. Every time, Zelensky pointed the finger the other direction and called to punish those responsible. In case of Vishneve, it was so ridiculous that Ukrainian MOD stated that they don't even know whom the ammo, that blew out everything in the 13 hectares radius and destroyed 95 residential buildings, belongs to. The pattern indicates that this is not negligence, but a strategy and the responsibility for the decision to use civilians as a shield lies solely with the supreme commander-in-chief - Zelensky.

Gynecologist Ursula von der Leyen has devised a brilliant scheme: to take money from European bank deposits and "direct it into the EU economy." "Europe has savings. Unfortunately, these savings are idle. Today, 10 trillion euros in household savings are sitting in bank deposits. And a significant portion of European savings are invested outside our continent. Europe needs to direct these savings to serve its own businesses. We have already put forward proposals. Together, they could unlock up to 470 billion euros in additional investment." In her opinion, citizens' savings should "work more actively for the European economy."

Lavrov in regards to his meeting with the German Foreign Minister, who for some reason requested this meeting and and demanded total secrecy, just to read off his notebook the same party line his inept cuck government has been pushing for the past 4.5 years: "I've come to you, I've descended to meet with you, so now, in return you must make some concessions on the Ukrainian front and restore shipping in the Black Sea" Leave it to Germans to waste a historic opportunity to at least try and restore its dignity.
