#2XKO_Blitz can do his level 3 with only 2 bars by plinking S1 into S2??? I'm assuming this is a bug??? The plink will use 3 bars if you have 3 bars, but still works if you have 2. Tested on other characters and didn't work with them #2xko_bugs will delete if this is intended

#2XKO_Yasuo BNBs that work at all ranges, on all starters, are easy to confirm into, and only do slightly less than the optimals. This is the best balance I've found of damage and consistency, and you get plenty of time to recognize which route you should go into.
