Shudufhadzo ‘Shudu’ Musida is joining the One Young World Summit Munich 2025! 🇩🇪✨ An author, model, and passionate mental health advocate, Shudu’s journey is rooted in compassion, purpose, and a lifelong commitment to uplifting others. Crowned Miss South Africa 2020, she transformed her title into a platform for meaningful change, championing mental health, sustainable development, and education as pathways to empowerment. Guided by her belief in the transformative power of learning, Shudu holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Pretoria, and an Honours degree in International Relations from the University of the Witwatersrand. Today, as the first Regional Champion for Eastern and Southern Africa with UNFPA (United Nations Population Fund), she continues to amplify voices around sexual and reproductive health rights and mental wellbeing across the continent. Her influence extends beyond advocacy— through her two books on mental health, Shudu has inspired countless individuals to embrace healing and self-awareness with courage and grace.
