From 130kg to 78kg. more than 50kg lost, and I’m still continuing this journey. yesterday marked exactly one year since I started my diet journey, after I got sick and ended up hospitalized when I returned from Hanbin Macau Award Festival. Tbh if I hadn’t been a Hanbin fan who loved going to his all scheduled i might never have had the awareness to live a healthier life I swear I didn’t start dieting for Hanbin I did it because I don’t want to get sick again or die alone 😂 I still want to work earn money, and enjoy my life with all my sweet friends and Kim Hanbin. I never imagined and even Hanbin himself wouldn’t believe that he became one of the reasons I can stay consistent and keep going until now. 김한빈 비아이님~~~ 너 그 정도야 ㅋㅋㅋ

Finally today is the day I reveal everything… I started my diet at the end of January 2025, and up until today I’ve lost 35kg 😭😭. How did all of this even happen?? Back in Dec 2023 i asked Hanbin for some diet tips but in 2024 he was so busy with concert tours and festivals that I got distracted and didn’t start my journey. Then after coming back from Hanbin’s music festival in Macau I suddenly had to be rushed to the emergency room. I was diagnosed with health issues and the doctor told me if I didn’t improve my condition I might need surgery. That was when the fear really hit me…if I got sick and ended up in the hospital I wouldn’t be able to work I’d lose my income and most of all i wouldn’t be able to attend Hanbin’s concerts anymore ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ From that moment, I made up my mind to lose weight and used Hanbin as my motivation to never give up on this diet journey again. My journey isn’t over yet. Hanbin even asked me how many more kilos I want to lose. I told him, “20kg more!!!!” and he replied, “Another 20kg??? Do you want to die??” AHAHAHA🤣🤣🤣 So my next goal is to reach that target by the end of December and after that, I’ll keep living this healthy lifestyle for the rest of my life. I ask hanbin his diet method and he gave me 3 step his diet routine 1) Stop eat after 10pm 2)Exercises 1-2 hours per day 3)Drink a lot water I dah buat semua kecuali nombor 2 😂😂😂byee. but let’s go!! Hii hereee I am the one who lost almost 40kg 😂😂! I just want to take this moment to say to all my friends and anyone reading this if you’re struggling with your weight loss journey, keep going—you’ve got this!!! And if you haven’t started yet but want to, it’s never too late. Just remember one thing—live healthily and do it because you love yourself 🥹 I’m on this diet journey too and honestly sometimes I use Hanbin as one of my reasons to stay consistent. But my main goal is my health. I want to stay healthy didn’t get sick so I don’t risk my job and so I can go see Hanbin’s schedule whenever I want. Let’s stay healthy together yeorubunn🥹.

If you saw my video this is from the Taipei stop, you’ll notice Hanbin will look and listens to the crowd sing that part. Let’s make Mega Star Arena echo with our voices during that moment!
