An immigration judge has terminated the deportation case against Narciso Barranco, the undocumented father of three US Marines who was detained by ICE last year while landscaping in Southern California. The fact that 3 of his sons served in the military gives him a pathway to US citizenship. Homeland Security defended the agents’ aggressive arrest, saying the agents had felt 'threatened' by Barranco accusing him of having raised his weed trimmer at them. She conveniently "broke" this on the same day that she's being accused of "SERIOUS PROFESSIONAL MISCONDUCT" in an ethics complaint filed with the Florida Bar, signed by 70 people. 👀 "The signatories include liberal and moderate-leaning law professors, attorneys, & retired chief justices of the Florida Supreme Court. They accused Bondi of misconduct that "threatens the rule of law and the administration of justice."" 👀 It relates to a Feb 5 memo that directed her federal agency's lawyers to "zealously pursue the President's political objectives" or face disciplinary action, including potential termination. CBS is canceling The Late Show with Colbert. On Tuesday he talked about the $16M "settlement" that CBS paid Trump FOR NO REASON. Agents rappelled in from helicopters, broke down doors, used flash bangs, tore tenants from their units, and detained several people, including numerous U.S. citizens, for hours before leaving the building ravaged. 300 federal agents raided the building arresting 37 people, alleging that “some of the targeted subjects are believed to be involved in drug trafficking and distribution, weapons crimes, and immigration violators.” They confiscated all weapons found. Federal agents forcibly removed unclothed children from apartments during the pre-dawn raid. They were zip-tied together, separated from their parents & placed in the back of separate rental trucks. Agents detained four children who are US citizens. The children were held “until they could be placed in the care of guardians.” ************************************* A US incursion in a foreign land? Nope. An ICE raid on an apartment building in South Shore, Chicago, in the sovereign state of Illinois & it's illegal af, it's a civil rights violation to start. Americans need to wake up.
