I visited the site of Jesus's baptism & learned something shocking. The Jordan River is dry. Its water flow is 2% of its former level. Since the 60s, Israel's National Water Carrier has diverted water from the Sea of Galilee. A puddle remains where Jesus was baptised. This reduction has destroyed the river's ecosystem, degraded the environment, shattered biodiversity, and shrunk the Dead Sea, which is fed by the Jordan River. Jordan is one of the most water scarce countries in the world. With the natural recharge of groundwater aquifers depleted, and a reduction in rainfall due to climate change, Jordan is dependent on importing water from Israel to meet its needs. BREAKING ALERT ⚠️ Hundreds of lawyers across the UK have been investigated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and Bar Standards Board after they speak out against Israel's genocide of Palestinians, following demands made by the UK Lawyers for Israel and other Zionist lobby groups. The BSB is now invoking the deeply flawed UK Terrorism Act to prosecute barristers that provide legal analysis of the rights of organisations under international law to armed resistance to the genocidal Israel Defense Forces, even in circumstances where the police have not taken action. This is a massive expansion of the deeply flawed Terrorism Act, leading the UK to extremely dangerous and authoritarian territory. One such case is Ousman Noor, who worked as a human rights and refugee law barrister and now faces prosecution by the Bar Standards Board after providing legal analysis of the rights of Hezbollah under international law to use military force against the IDF. He has instructed barrister Franck Magennis to defend this case in a way that causes maximum damage to the racist ideology of Zionism and apartheid state of Israel. With profound sadness, I am writing to announce that after 3+ years as Government Relations Manager at Stop Killer Robots (Stop Killer Robots) a decision was made to terminate my employment on 27th October 2023. The decision was taken following my personal Tweet on 14th October calling for an end to occupation, apartheid, and ethnic cleaning of the Palestinian people. On 30th October, the campaign’s coordinator publicly stated that I had left the campaign. On 1st November, the Steering Committee, 9 leading human rights and disarmament organisations, publicly stated that my termination was not about my support for Palestine, but for "other reasons". These public announcement were made without my permission. As a consequence, I have been informed that public speculation is taking place regarding my character and conduct, in which negative inferences are being made about me. It has become necessary to make my grounds of appeal against termination public, to limit any damage to my reputation flowing from the Coordinator’s and SC’s public announcements, and to provide clarity regarding the termination, so that speculation is avoided. These grounds can be read at Contrary to the public statement made by the Steering Committee, it is my view that the termination of my employment was because I personally spoke out, via a X/Twitter, to call for an end to the ongoing breaches of international law by Israel including occupation, apartheid and ethnic cleansing of the Palestinian people. For reasons set out in my appeal, it is also my view that the termination of employment was motivated by SKR’s interest in protecting its working relationship with Austria, which has provided funding to the Coordinator, and which voted against UNGA resolution (A/ES-10/L.25) on the protection of civilians and upholding legal and humanitarian obligations in Israel-Palestine, citing its full solidarity with Israel against terrorism as justification for the vote. The speed and severity of the decision to terminate my employment, and absence of procedural fairness, all point towards a determination to silence and isolate me from the campaign. The public announcements were humiliating, had a retaliatory nature and amount to an abuse of power. This has been an extremely challenging period for me. Hi all, I've just reactivated social media to deliver important news. I am charged with supporting terrorism and face trial in January 2026, London after publishing an anti-Zionist legal analysis on X on the legal right to armed resistance to Israeli genocide. The Bar Standards Board Bar Standards Board, professional regulators of barristers, are relying on the Terrorism Act to bring this prosecution against me as a barrister, upon demands made by the UK Lawyers for Israel (UK Lawyers For Israel - a notorious Zionist lobby group) despite there being no police involvement. This is a massive expansion of the use and scope of the Terrorism Act and is part of a systematic and widespread effort by British regulators of professionals, including academics, doctors and nurses to silence and punish professionals, by issuing substantial financial penalties and stripping professionals of their practicing license, after they speak out or take action against Israel's genocide of Palestinians. If we don’t push back now, British regulators will be given free rein to continue prosecuting lawyers and other professionals under the draconian Terrorism Act, even without police involvement, taking the UK further into fascist territory. On 20-21st January, my trial will be heard at the Bar Tribunal and Adjudication Service, London where my legal team will push back against this authoritarian repression of free speech within the legal profession by Zionist institutions providing cover for Israel’s atrocities against Palestinians. I have instructed barrister Franck Magennis of Garden Court Chambers to represent me in this case with the explicit instruction to defend my case in a way that does maximum damage to the racist ideology of Zionism. Here is why Hezbollah has a legal and moral right to target the Israel Defense Forces. 1. The IDF is a genocidal and morally depraved armed force. ⭕️A UN International Commission of Inquiry independently verified 7,000 pieces of evidence demonstrating widespread war crimes committed by the IDF, including extermination of a civilian population making it “one of the most criminal armies in the world”. ⭕️The ICJ has found a plausible case that Israel is committing genocide in Gaza. It is in breach of legally binding rulings, including to ensure humanitarian aid and to refrain from military invasion of Rafah. ⭕️The IDF is now on a UN blacklist, along with ISIS, of armed forces that commit violations against children. ⭕️The IDF has continued to operate torture centres where horrific accounts of inhumane and degrading treatment are inflicted on the people of Gaza. ⭕️The IDF is responsible for killing more journalists, healthcare professionals and UN staff than in any other conflict in history. ⭕️Israel has dropped over 70,000 tonnes of explosives on Gaza, more than was used in the entirety of World War 2. ⭕️The IDF has killed 15,000 children and thousands more critically injured. 2. States have a moral and legal obligation to urgently take military action against Israel to protect civilians and prevent genocide. ⭕️The "Responsibility to Protect (R2P) principle requires states to take collective action in a timely and decisive action to prevent genocide. This was invoked in 2011 for military intervention in Libya. ⭕️ A UN Security Council resolution is not a prerequisite, based on the doctrine of humanitarian intervention. This was invoked by NATO in 1999 for military action in Kosovo. ⭕️ The Genocide Convention obligates states to prevent genocide in other states when they become aware of the risk. The ICJ has already ruled that this is the case. 3. Conclusion Armed force is never an ideal solution and should only be used as a last resort. What should have happened months ago is sanctions, arms embargoes, and collective action by States to prevent genocide and regional escalation. Instead, the US and States in Western Europe, have failed in their moral and legal duty to prevent genocide. Instead, they have provided financial, diplomatic and military support to Israel has brought us to a perilous situation. The IDF must be urgently stopped, and I wish Hezbollah success in using military force in compliance with international law to protect Lebanon and put an end to the ongoing genocide of the Palestinian people.

Dear X community, two months ago I was dismissed by Stop Killer Robots, where I worked as Government Relations Manager, after posting on X in support of rights for Palestinians. I appeal for your support now to join an open letter, initiated by members of the campaign coalition, to promote justice and accountability within the campaign leadership. Stop Killer Robots is a coalition of civil society organisations led by some of the world's leading human rights and disarmament organisations. My job was to engage with the diplomatic community at the United Nations in support of international action to prohibit the use of Autonomous Weapons, which threaten our shared humanity. On 14th October, I made a personal post on X, raising concerns about the escalating violence in Israel and Palestine, and calling for an end to occupation, apartheid and ethnic cleansing of the Palestinan people. Immediately afterwards, my employment with the campaign was terminated. The letter of termination refers to my "personal communication on a sensitive political issue" as a basis for the termination. Prior to this, I had no disciplinary actions throughout the course of my work, and I was given no disciplinary hearing before termination. It has now been two months since, and the campaign leadership have not offered any form of mediation on the issue. During the same period, the campaign leadership has refused to call for a ceasefire to the ongoing conflict on behalf of the campaign. I am now seeking your support in joining this open letter calling for transparency and accountability within the campaign leadership - both in relation to my termination, and on making a statement on the international law violations taking place in Palestine. TRUTH ABOUT UKRAINE The UK & Europe's support for Ukraine is not to protect Ukrainian freedom or sovreignty. It is to transfer public money to private wealth held by asset management companies like Blackrock via arms & weapons manufacturers. The £22 Billion that the UK will be "giving" to Ukraine goes to companies like BAE Systems and MBDA UK, who make enormous profits. Ukrainians gets weapons to fight with Russians and both of them destroy the country. Once Ukraine is decimated, its resources will be harvested and deals made with multinational companies for mineral, energy and military contracts. In January 2025, the UK negotiated the colonial style 100 Year Partnership Declaration to give deals to British companies for Ukraine's military, energy and minerals sector, ensuring that Ukraine's resources get harvested. UK's ongoing support for Ukraine is to secure those deals. The people that tell you that the conflict is about Ukraine's freedom are either stupid or willfully blind because they can't digest how badly their own government would lie to them so badly. But this a tried and tested formula for colonisation and has been going on for centuries, most recently in Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya and Syria. The only novel thing about Ukraine is that it is Europeans colonising other Europeans. Please stop repeating the lies that your governments are telling you about the reaons for this war.
