Addressing the event, themed "The UN as a Key Element of the Just World Order: The Contribution of the SCO Plus States to the Formation of a Multipolar World," he said that as a non-permanent member of the UN Security Council, Pakistan has been actively contributing to global peacemaking over the past two years. The meeting was chaired by the President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov as the country holds the rotating presidency of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization from 2025 to 2026. "Our humble peace efforts culminated in the signing of the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding. It provides the most viable and enduring pathway to end the ongoing conflict in the Gulf region, and offers a widely accepted basis for all parties to pursue peace through dialogue and diplomacy." He said that Pakistan was also a signatory to the Makkah Joint Defence Agreement along with Saudi Arabia and Turkiye that has further strengthened prospects for peace in the region by sending a message of unity and common resolve. The prime minister said that, having been established 80 years ago, the United Nations adopted collective approaches to deal effectively with poverty, hunger, disease, environment, and many other challenges of our times and that Pakistan also remained fully committed to its Charter. He said that the rising multipolar world was an opportunity to build a more equitable, democratic, and just international system. "But today, the UN is urgently in need of reform. It must become more accountable and responsive." Calling the situation in Gaza and the West Bank "deeply troubling", Prime Minister Shehbaz called upon the international community to act decisively to end the suffering of the innocent Palestinian people, and uphold their inalienable right to self-determination. "The same rights must also be granted to all other oppressed nations," he urged. Highlighting terrorism as a common threat, he said that Pakistan was fully committed to advancing shared objectives under the Regional Anti-Terrorism Structure (RATS) of dealing with the three evils of "terrorism, separatism and religious extremism." "Pakistan will continue to bravely confront and defeat the scourge of terrorism. With over ninety thousand lives lost and USD 150 billion in economic losses, our nation has stood resolutely in combating terrorism, not just for ourselves, but for the entire world." Calling for the condemnation of terrorism in all its forms and manifestations, including state terrorism, he said that the vision of regional connectivity could only be achieved once there was peace and stability in Afghanistan, and called for an end to terrorist groups using Afghan soil to carry out attacks in Pakistan and other neighbouring countries. وزیراعظم محمد شہباز شریف اور چیف آف آرمی سٹاف و چیف آف ڈیفنس فورسز فیلڈ مارشل سید عاصم منیر نےپاکستان کے سب سے بڑے ڈیٹا سینٹر اور اے آئی کلاؤڈ سکائی 47 قراقرم ون کا افتتاح کر دیا. وزیراعظم محمد شہباز شریف نے افتتاحی تقریب سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ متحرک، ترقی پسند اور شاندار مستقبل کے لیےسکائی 47 منصوبہ انتہائی اہم پیش رفت ہے،مشکلات اور چیلنجز کا امید اور حوصلے سے مقابلہ کریں تو معرکہ حق جیسے تاریخی کارنامے جنم لیتے ہیں،یہ منصوبہ پاکستان کے مستقبل کی ضمانت ہے اور ملک کو ناقابل تسخیر سکیورٹی فراہم کرے گا،متحد ہو کر کام کریں تو کوئی بھی ہدف ناقابل حصول نہیں۔ تقریب میں چیف آف آرمی سٹاف و چیف آف ڈیفنس فورسز فیلڈ مارشل سید عاصم منیر، وفاقی وزراء اور دیگر نے بھی شرکت کی۔وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ سکائی 47 ڈیٹا سینٹر قراقرم ون کی افتتاحی تقریب میں شرکت میرے لیے باعث اعزاز ہے،جدید ترین ڈیٹا سینٹر انتہائی متاثر کن اور قابل تحسین ہے،عظیم منصوبے کا مشاہدہ کر کے بے حد خوشی ہوئی ہے جو انتہائی مختصر مدت میں غیر معمولی عزم ،پختہ یقین اور اعلی مہارت کے ساتھ مکمل کیا گیا ہے. وزیراعظم نے مزید کہا کہ اگر ہم اس ماڈل پر عمل پیرا رہیں تو نہ صرف ہم ماضی کے نقصان کا ازالہ کرپائیں گے بلکہ مستقبل کے لئے انتہائی متحرک ترقی یافتہ پاکستان بنا سکیں گے جو وقت کی ضرورت ہے، یہ کام مشکل ہے لیکن ناممکن نہیں جس طرح کہ معرکہ حق میں ہم نے عظیم کامیابی حاصل کی جو پاکستان کی تاریخ کا عظیم ترین لمحہ تھا۔وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ جب انسان کا عزم پختہ ہو تو سب کچھ ممکن ہے،چیلنجز اور مشکلات آتی ہیں لیکن اگر مشکلات اور چیلنجز کے مقابلے کے لیے امید ،حوصلہ اور توانائی ہو تو معرکہ حق جیسے تاریخی کارنامے جنم لیتے ہیں۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ سکائی 47 جیسے عظیم منصوبے پاکستان کے مستقبل کی ضمانت ہیں ،فیلڈ مارشل سید عاصم منیر کی بصیرت افروز قیادت، شراکت دار زیڈ ٹی ای،وفاقی وزیر انفارمیشن ٹیکنالوجی اور سیکرٹری انفارمیشن ٹیکنالوجی کو بھرپور حمایت پر خراج تحسین پیش کرتا ہوں،قوم کو سکائی 47 جیسا تحفہ دینے پر تمام سٹیک ہولڈرز کا مشکور ہوں، مسلسل محنت ایسے عظیم منصوبوں کو حقیقت کا روپ دیتی ہے،اسی طرح کے منصوبے کراچی اور لاہور میں بھی مکمل کئے جائیں گے،تمام سرکاری اداروں کو اس سہولت سے منسلک کرنا چاہیئے۔ وزیراعظم نے اپنے خطاب میں مزید کہا کہ یہ منصوبہ پاکستان کے عوام کے لئے ایک بہترین تحفہ ہے جو ناقابل تسخیر سکیورٹی فراہم کرے گا اس منصوبے سے یہ امید اور حوصلہ ملتا ہے کہ اگر ہم متحد ہو کر کام کریں تو کوئی بھی ہدف ناقابل حصول نہیں۔قبل ازیں وزیراعظم محمد شہباز شریف اور فیلڈ مارشل سید عاصم منیر کو ڈیٹا سینٹر سے متعلق بریفنگ بھی دی گئی ۔ تقریب سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے وفاقی وزیر انفارمیشن ٹیکنالوجی شزا فاطمہ خواجہ نے کہا کہ سکائی 47 ڈیٹا سینٹر کا افتتاح پاکستان میں مصنوعی ذہانت کے نئے دور کا آغاز ہے۔انہوں نے کہا کہ آج ایک نئے معاشی دور کے دروازے کھل رہے ہیں،ہم اپنے وسائل اور افرادی قوت سے بھرپور فائدہ اٹھا سکیں گے، ڈیٹا سے حاصل ہونے والی بصیرت مستقبل کی حقیقی معاشی طاقت ہے،مصنوعی ذہانت کی عالمی دوڑ محفوظ، کم لاگت اور مؤثر استعمال پر منحصر ہوگی۔انہوں نے کہا کہ مصنوعی ذہانت کے میدان میں آئندہ مسابقت ڈیٹا کے مؤثر استعمال پر ہوگی،سکائی 47 میں جدید سٹوریج ،جی پی یوز اور ہائی پرفارمنس کمپیوٹنگ سسٹمز دستیاب ہوں گے۔ سی ای او سکائی 47 حسن عباس نے کہا کہ دنیا میں 12 ہزار ڈیٹا سینٹرز ہیں جبکہ پاکستان میں صرف 22 ڈیٹا سینٹرز ہیں اور ہماری ڈیجیٹل گنجائش بہت زیادہ ہے، ہمارا ای کامرس بزنس 25 سے 30 فیصد سالانہ کی شرح سے فروغ پا رہا ہے، اس ڈیٹا سینٹر کے ذریعے ملک میں ڈیجیٹل شعبے میں ایک مضبوط بنیاد رکھی جا رہی ہے۔ واضح رہے کہ سکائی 47 ڈیٹا سینٹر ٹیکنالوجی کے میدان میں خود انحصاری کی جانب اہم پیش رفت ہے،ڈیٹا سینٹر مصنوعی ذہانت ،مشین لرننگ اور ہائی پروفیشن کمپیوٹنگ کے تقاضے پورے کرنے کی صلاحیت رکھتا ہے،ڈیٹا سینٹر کلاؤڈ کمپیوٹنگ ڈیٹا ہوسٹنگ اور ڈیجیٹل خدمات کے لیے مضبوط بنیاد فراہم کرے گا،ڈیٹا سینٹر حساس قومی اور تجارتی معلومات کو محفوظ رکھنے کا اہم ذریعہ ہے

وزیرِ اعظم محمد شہباز شریف نے چین کے نائب صدر ہان ژینگ کی میزبانی میں عالمی ترقیاتی اقدام پر اعلیٰ سطح اجلاس میں شرکت و خطاب کیا. وزیراعظم محمد شہباز شریف نے کہا ہے کہ پاکستان چینی صدر شی جن پنگ کے دور اندیش اقدام گلوبل ڈویلپمنٹ انیشی ایٹو(جی ڈی آئی) کا پختہ حامی ہے اور اس کی مکمل حمایت کی توثیق کرتا ہے،جی ڈی آئی 2030 تک مکمل ہونا ہے، اس کے اہداف کے حصول کےلئے اب بھی کافی چیلنجزدر پیش ہیں، شدید موسمیاتی آفات ، خوراک اور ایندھن کی بڑھتی قیمتیں اور جغرافیائی سیاسی کشیدگی میں اضافے نے ترقی پذیر ممالک کی کامیابیوں کو پھر خطرے سے دوچار کر دیا ہے، ان چیلنجز کا مقابلہ کرنے کےلئے مضبوط کثیر الجہتی تعاون کی ضرورت ہے۔ وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ کووڈ 19 کی وبا کے عروج کے دوران 5 سال قبل صدر شی جن پنگ نے عالمی ترقیاتی اقدام (گلوبل ڈویلپمنٹ انیشی ایٹو) پیش کیا تھا، یہ ایک ایسا دور اندیش اقدام تھا جو اپنے وقت سے کہیں آگے تھا، آج دنیا صدر شی جن پنگ کے اس فیصلے کے پس منظر میں کار فرما دانائی اور بصیرت کو تسلیم کرتی ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ 2030 کی اس اقدام کی مقررہ مدت پوری ہونے میں اب 4برس رہ گئے ہیں جبکہ پائیدار ترقی کے اہداف کے حصول کی جانب پیشرفت اب بھی ناکافی اور سست ہے ، پائیدار ترقی کے اہداف کے لئے مالی وسائل کی بڑھتی ہوئی کمی ، بار بار آنے والی اور پہلے سے زیادہ شدید موسمیاتی آفات ، خوراک اور ایندھن کی بڑھتی ہوئی قیمتیں اور جغرافیائی سیاسی کشیدگی میں اضافے نے ترقی پذیر ممالک کی کئی دہائیوں کی کامیابیوں کو ایک بار پھر خطرے سے دوچار کر دیا ہے، ان چیلنجز کا مقابلہ کرنے کےلئے مضبوط کثیر الجہتی تعاون کی ضرورت ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ عوامی جمہوریہ چین اور اس کے عالمی ترقیاتی اقدام نے اس ضمن میں بروقت پیشرفت کی ، عالمی ترقیاتی اقدام کا فریم ورک پہلے ہی ترقی پذیر دنیا میں ٹھوس اور عملی فوائد میں تبدیل ہو چکا ہے، اس اقدام نے سب کےلئے فائدے کی حقیقی روح کے مطابق فائدہ پہنچایا ہے ۔ وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ پاکستان جی ڈی آئی کی مکمل حمایت کی توثیق کرتا ہے کیونکہ یہ یکجہتی کرہ ارض کے جنوبی ممالک کے تعاون اور ترقی پذیر ممالک کےلئے ٹھوس نتائج کی فراہمی کا ایک اہم پلیٹ فارم ہے ، جی ڈی آئی کے اہداف ہمارے قومی اقتصادی تبدیلی کے منصوبے کی بھی تکمیل کرتے ہیں ۔ وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ چین کے ساتھ ہمارا تعاون بیلٹ اینڈ روڈ اقدام کے ذریعے جاری ہے ، اس کے فلیگ شپ منصوبے چین پاکستان اقتصادی راہداری کے ذریعے بھی جاری ہیں ۔ وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ سی پیک اب اپنے دوسرے مرحلے میں داخل ہو رہا ہے ، جیسے جیسے ہم 2030 کی طرف بڑھ رہے ہیں پاکستان جی ڈی آئی کے تمام شراکت داروں کے ساتھ تعاون مزید وسیع کرنے کےلئے تیار ہے ، کامیاب منصوبوں کی بڑے پیمانے پر نقل کر کے نیز تعاون کے نئے اور جدت پر مبنی شعبوں کی نشاندہی کر کے تعاون بڑھا رہا ہے۔ وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ عالمی ترقیاتی اقدام 2030 کے ایجنڈے پر پیش قدمی تیز کرنابھی ضروری ہے، ساتھ ہی ساتھ عالمی حکمرانی اقدام ، عالمی حکمرانی کےلئے ایک زیادہ نمائندہ ڈھانچہ کا متلاشی ہے، ایسا ڈھانچہ جو ترقی پذیر ممالک کی ترجیحات کے مطابق ہو۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ سیکرٹری جنرل کے یو این 80 اقدام کو اقوام متحدہ کے ترقیاتی ستون کو مضبوط کرنا چاہئے، اس اقدام کو عملی سطح پر نتائج فراہم کرنے کی اس کی صلاحیت کو بھی بہتر کرنا چاہئے۔ وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ پاکستان ان تمام انتہائی اہم اقدامات کا پختہ حامی ہے اور رہے گا۔ وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ ہم اپنے مضبوط ترین دوست چین اور گروپ آف فرینڈز کے ساتھی ممبران کے ساتھ ساتھ مسلسل قریبی تعاون کے منتظر ہیں تاکہ ہم مل کر ایک ایسا معاشرہ تشکیل دیں جو انسانیت کے مشترکہ مستقبل کے تصور کو آگے بڑھائے۔
