has anyone experienced this with the Claude app? If you copy the response and paste it back into the input box, the message has "DON'T PANIC" appended below it every time? I've turned off memory, removed instructions and used incognito mode, and it's still there lmao j⧉nus 🎭 this seems like it might be in your wheelhouse
