Objectively not true. SUPERMAN: THE MOVIE is the structural basis for the vast majority of superhero movies. Kevin Feige screens it whenever they start a new Marvel production, and Christopher Nolan's pitch for his take on Batman was to base it on Donner's take on Superman.

Intimate seems to be the key world with SUPERMAN (2025), cus man has Gunn made it clear that this movie will be ABOUT the character of Superman. He has stated that the intention is to focus on him (and the wonderful Ms Lane) and analyze his life in a way that's worth the budget.
