I don’t really care that the Labour Party revoked my pass for their conference - what do they think I am going to say and do? But this is an insult to the people of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough - I am here to do a job for them. 😔

I raised a Point of Order in the House of Commons about the behaviour of the MP for Brighton Kemptown. There can be no other explanation other than he was trying to intimidate Miriam Cates MP - following a debate on the Scottish Gender Recognition Bill. Completely unacceptable

The G20 Working Group on Tourism is taking place in Kashmir. This should be an opportunity to raise human rights and self-determination for the Kashmiri people. I shall always be resolute representing my constituents of Kashmiri descent who are worried about family & friends.

I promised the #Hazara community in #Peterborough, I would raise the persecution and targeted killings of Hazaras in Afghanistan in the House of Commons 😞 This afternoon I asked the Foreign Secretary do something about it 💪

Yesterday in Parliament, I raised once again the persecution of Hazaras in Afghanistan. 😔 We have a strong Hazara community in Peterborough. The family and friends of my constituents face a perilous future under the Taliban.

🌟SAVE RURAL PETERBOROUGH🌟 Been to the site #Peterborough Council want to build 1,800 houses (plus 1,200 in another phase) north of #Castor & #Ailsworth😢 It’s beautiful. If I am Mayor - the site will not feature in my plan. I shall push to take it out of the Council plan 💙

The Hazara in Afghanistan under the Taliban face targeted killings & percussion. 😞 We have 140 Hazara families in #Peterborough. Yesterday I led the first ever debate on the Hazara in Parliament. We must stop the atrocities and the UK (internationally) must lead and act 💙
