Time check: 9:30pm, 23rd Oct. we were just outside of Lugazi town heading to Kampala. Time check now: 5:24am, 24th Oct. and we're not yet in Mukono town. Maddening traffic jam that has caused a standstill on this section of Jinja- Kla highway for an entire night. Unbelievable!!😡😡 8hrs later(as i shot this video) and we haven't reached Mukono even. Ehh!! Anyone else planning to use this road this morning, please don't. Keep away. You will thank me later
