My favourite part from mine and Amy Egan's discussion with Guillermo Rauch in today's Vercel Community session was the introduction of the term "anti-fragile infrastructure". “AI is imperfect, probabilistic, stochastic which means AI will make mistakes. The future of infrastructure is about how we recover when things go wrong.” He explained how Vercel enables this resilience with instant global rollbacks in 300–500ms. This gives teams the confidence to experiment, move faster, and recover instantly if needed. Imagine a future where swarms of AI agents operate in an environment that is not just resilient, but anti-fragile: learning, adapting, and evolving with every deployment.
