Dear Nitin Gadkari , Employees of the Transport Department, Manipur Government (referred to as the Meitei government) have been maliciously stamping on vehicle number plates, smart cards and driving licenses belonging to Kuki_Zo. Further she insist of burning these documents, derogatorily referring to the owners as "dogs." Is this the standard protocol within your department? If not, please take action immediately.
