Proud ❤️ To take the Championship fight to the final stage of the final rally in their first full WRC season is just incredible. And despite coming into Sardinia with a 21pt deficit, they nearly made the impossible possible - truly a champions' drive 🙌🏼 and another WRC victory sealed! The motivation to win and passion for rallying I see in Oliver Solberg 🍩 is more than even I had, and it's so impressive and exciting! For sure there's some disappointment today, but don't worry, they'll cry that out and go again even stronger 💪🏼 Huge congratulations to Elfyn & Scott, deserving World Champions after such an impressive few years 🏆 and thanks to the TOYOTA GAZOO Racing WRT team for their support throughout an amazing year.

Special morning in Estonia, very proud of Oliver Solberg 🍩 & Elliott for getting their first ever WRC stage wins ❤️ proper passion and emotion, but also good to see their attitude stay the same, staying calm and driving their own rally 👌🏻

Just incredible 🤩 hard to find the words! Oliver Solberg 🍩 & Elliott have won the iconic Rallye Monte Carlo - the youngest winners ever 🏆 just the most fantastic drive in one of the toughest Montes in the modern era. So happy, so proud ❤️ Big thanks to TOYOTA GAZOO Racing WRT for their trust and support, and to Sébastien Ogier for the advice and friendship - for both Oliver and myself 😅 None of us will ever forget this rally ✨

With the EKO Acropolis Rally getting underway tomorrow, we can't help but look back at this moment from 2002 where my steering wheel came loose during a stage, and Phil had to get the tools and fix it while I kept driving 🔧😂 and we still got the 2nd fastest time on the stage!

Last time I was at the Goodwood FOS back in 2019 I set a class record and 2nd fastest overall time in my Polo WRX - while Oliver won over the fans with an amazing run in the DS3! 🔥 I'll try and put on just as good a show up the hill in the DS3 myself this year 😎

#OnThisDay in 1999 I made my first ever factory start in the FIA World Rally Championship in Sweden - and as you can see, I was sideways from the start! 😎💨 Also the last ever WRC start for the Escort I think (correct me if I'm wrong! 😅)
