When former IRS Special Agent Joe Banister confronted his bosses with evidence that income taxes are voluntary, they asked him to resign. So he did. He stopped filing and paying his income taxes altogether. Then, a couple years later the IRS audited him and tried to throw him in prison. During the audit, they even claimed he had filed tax forms that he never actually touched. BUT he went to court, beat the charges, and was completely acquitted. You only give the IRS power over you once you file a 1040 income tax form! There are over 80 Million Non-Filers, less than 1 tax court judge per 10 million American citizens! The IRS is 99% bluff and they know it. The real question is will you aknowledge it or keep on the same financial slavery path they have you on.

You don't have to get money stolen out of your paychecks by the IRS any longer! Most Americans believe that paycheck withholding is just a fact of life but it's not! By providing your employer with the proper paperwork and a legal addendum, you can stop the theft and start collecting a full paycheck immediately. Your accountants & CPA's don't even know about this information, and if they did.. they most likely wouldn't share it! When you sign a 1040 form you give the IRS power over you to put you in prison and steal money from you, but they don't want you to know that! You sign all 1040's under penalty of perjury, meaning that everything on the form is signed in your name to be true, correct and complete. If you don't sign a 1040, the IRS is going to have a much harder time stealing money from you. There are over 80 million Americans who don't file every year even though their income is above the minimum filing amount. And 99% of Americans, even if you have filed in the past the IRS will just simply leave you alone if you stop filing. I haven't paid federal income taxes in over 30 YEARS. I'm not in prison, never been put in prison and the IRS has never taken my assets or money. The truth is that there isn't a law that requires the people of the 50 states to file and pay income taxes. Most Americans believe that by law, they have to pay income taxes, and they live in fear that if they don't, they’re going to federal prison. So they just comply. They allow their employers to steal a portion of their hard-earned wages out of every single paycheck and hand it straight to the IRS. Then, every year, they are forced to file a 1040 form just to beg the government to give a little bit of their own stolen money back. BUT the truth is, the 1913 income tax law was written to apply ONLY to Washington DC and its territories. You can actually give your employer the proper legal paperwork to legally stop them from withholding your money altogether. The government is lying straight to your face trying to keep this under the rug. The truth is that 99% of Americans are not required to file OR pay federal income tax. The IRS will leave you alone if you stop filing! No one is watching over your shoulder to see if you don't file your 1040 forms each year. Most of you have been fear mongered by the major media into believing that the IRS is always watching over you and is some big powerful scary entity, when in reality they are all bluff. There is no law that requires the people of the 50 states to file or pay income taxes at all. The only people that are required to pay are people who live in Washington D.C. It's that simple.
