To overcome the chipping yips, Scott Stevens chips one-handed on shots within 50 yards. "I had so much anxiety chipping. Golf was not fun anymore because I was so worried about having to chip." From mental coaches to different chipping techniques, Stevens tried everything. "When there's no pressure, I chip great two-handed ... I just had a mental block. From an outsiders' view, chipping one-handed looks odd. To me it's normal and I love it." The 28-year-old USC grad says he's gotten better at chipping one-handed than he ever did two-handed. "Going through the yips is the worst ... I would not wish it upon anybody."

On Wednesday morning, Jared Kinoshita was at home in California when got a text saying he was the last man in the field this week for the Elk Ridge Saskatchewan Open. 24 hours later he was on-site in Saskatchewan without his clubs or luggage, but ready for an opportunity to compete.
