Hasan’s mockery of Kirk’s death is made all the more disturbing by how respectful Charlie was to Piker in their in-person interactions. I don’t think Kirk really resented anyone, even if he was naive at times. Politics wasn’t the most important thing for him. If Hasan Piker died, Charlie Kirk would’ve probably attended his memorial.
