Hoping some of this cloud clears a bit for another chance to see the #NorthernLights On a much later drive back to Hull last night, spotted this over the A15 at 3am (!) and attempted a timelapse. With a bit of tinkering today, turned out like this. What a special night! #aurora

As #Spygate deepens, I didn’t need much persuading to test out whether Hull City are Southampton spy secure at the training ground. Nearby residents and workers are also keeping a lookout on behalf of the Tigers! 👀 Last nights BBC East Yorkshire piece in full🕵️‍♂️ #hcafc #coyt #utt

If you missed it, here’s the full BBC East Yorkshire feature with Peter Levy onboard Wind Peak before she left Hull for the final time. Other similar ships will visit Siemens Gamesa in future- but possibly not quite as big! Thanks to all who made this happen at such short notice

I think it’s just about starting to sink in! A joy and a privilege to help tell the world about the most incredible giant-killing night for Grimsby Town F.C. on BBC Breakfast and beyond today…and what it all means for Grimsby. Still smiling too! 😁 #gtfc 🐟

The kick that sealed it for Hull KR from among the fans at Wembley. Some unable to watch, then sheer elation in an instant. #UpTheRobins #ChallengeCup (*standard raw emotion language disclaimer!)

A very moving minutes applause at Blundell Park from both Grimsby Town F.C. and Notts County FC fans following the tragic deaths of Grimsby Town youth team player Cameron Walsh and his dad Dave. Flowers also left by both clubs at memorial garden before the game #gtfc #notts #ATAW
