Domestic cat parents know this face all too well 😂 This face is called the flehmen response, and Yuki the snow leopard is demonstrating it perfectly. This behavior allows cats to analyze smells in their environment through a scent organ in the roof of their mouths!

BABY ALERT! 💙 Grace and Maaka’s little joey is finally peeking out after 6 months growing in mom’s pouch! Grace is doing amazing as a first-time mom, and we’re still working on picking the perfect name. Keep an eye out next time you visit—you might spot him! 👀

When it’s still the perfect weather for Yuki 😄 Snow leopards are built for extreme cold and high altitudes, with long, dense fur, large paws for the snow, and a big fluffy tail they can wrap around themselves like a blanket!
