LOOK: A minor phreatomagmatic eruption from Taal Volcano Island's Main Crater at 02:02 AM today, 01 October 2025 was captured by the thermal camera at Taal Volcano Observatory (TVO) and IP Camera at the Main Crater Observation station (VTMC). The event produced a 2500-meter-high eruption plume that drifted northwest. Alert Level 1 prevails over Taal Volcano. #TaalVolcano

LOOK: Time-lapse footage of minor explosive eruption at the summit crater of Kanlaon Volcano from 08:05 PM to 08:08 PM, today (24 October 2025). This event generated an eruption plume that rose 2,000 meters above the crater before drifting northeast as recorded by the IP Camera in Lower Masulog, Canlaon City observation station (VKLM). Pyroclastic density currents (PDCs) could be seen descending the southern upper slopes within 1 kilometer of the summit crater. Alert Level 2 is maintained over Kanlaon Volcano. #KanlaonVolcano

LOOK: A moderately explosive eruption at the summit crater of Kanlaon Volcano occurred at 04:38 PM today (19 February 2026) and lasted two (2 minutes) based on the seismic record. This event generated a dark gray eruption plume that rose 2,000 meters above the crater before drifting southwest. Pyroclastic density currents or PDCs descended the southern and southwestern upper slopes within 1 kilometer of the summit crater as recorded by the IP cameras of the Kanlaon Volcano Network. Alert Level 2 is maintained over Kanlaon Volcano and entry into the 4-kilometer-radius Permanent Danger Zone must be strictly prohibited. #KanlaonVolcano
