Tiger Mask vs Tiger The Great. The final match, where Tiger Mask has his mask ripped off and the world finally discovers he's been Naoto Date the whole time. The scene where Naoto cries and laughs at the same time. Jeeeez, goosebumps after all these years.

Happy 40th to Saint Seiya! Premiered Oct 11, 1986, it's a true shonen pillar. Underrated in the English-speaking world, but a massive cult hit in Italy (and LATAM 😉). It even got me into Greek mythology! One of the first anime I watched, and probably my absolute favorite.

The trauma we Italian kids of that era went through: Due to dubbing delays and TV rights issues, the series reached the Leo Temple (ep. 52) multiple times and just restarted from scratch! Imagine the shock back then, with no internet, not knowing how it continued!

Last night during a DAZN Boxing event in Milan, Italy, Italian rapper Tony Effe started a brawl with Italian rapper and pro boxer Ion. Tony's good friend and UFC middleweight Marvin Vettori stepped in and hammer punched Ion knocking him down. Definitely not a good look for him.

My daughter and I car karaoking the Japanese Mazinger Z opening. I know I can't sing to save my life, but she wanted to show her passion for Japanese mecha and that she knows the Japanese lyrics. 😂❤️

And now I finally have the artbook “L'arte di Jeeg contro Goldrake”. I won't post too much out of respect for the author, but man oh man, this is amazing. ❤️
