#MeAndTheeSeriesFinalEP imagine if they let that moment breathe on screen… it would hurt in the most beautiful way. peach spent his whole life shielding plub, choosing her safety over his own happiness again and again. so for plub, this isn't just about marriage or letting him go, it's fear, love, and guilt all tangled together. fear that someone else might hurt the brother who never learned how to protect himself, love so deep it doesn't know how to step aside, and guilt for finally trusting a person with what was once her entire world. that kind of bond doesn't disappear, it just changes shape. adding that (it's literally part of the novel) would've made the ending painfully beautiful, because it honors the sacrifices, the years, and the unspoken promises they carried together.
