Watch the newly restored high-resolution version of the iconic ‘Echoes’ sequence, the final chapter from the cult-classic 1973 surf film Crystal Voyager here: “We watched it for the first time when we were on tour in Australia and we were all blown away by it. It was absolutely sensational. Nowadays everyone's got a GoPro fixed to their wetsuit, but at the time it was mind blowing to see the guy with the camera strapped to his chest, going through the water tunnel.” Nick Mason The pioneering footage which became the film ‘Echoes’ was shot by futuristic surfer, photographer and filmmaker George Greenough. By developing and building a seventeen pound 'water proof' camera rig he was able to take the audience on a POV trip inside a tubing wave for the first time ever. "I'm just so stoked that this whole thing is coming about; it’s amazing to work with Pink Floyd again. The big sound and the big picture; you can't beat it!"
