FLOODED: The historic Barasoain Church in Malolos, Bulacan. I had visited this church a few years ago to attend a wedding, at the time without flooding. It is saddening for me to see that it recently went through a disastrous state. Why is this church historic? The site is where the First Philippine Congress convened (1898), the Malolos Constitution was drafted, and the First Philippine Republic was inaugurated (1899).
