Newsom is terming out & California will have Voter ID on the November 2026 ballot for a people's vote! One million signatures have already been collected and we need just 200k more to have a big enough buffer that they can't stop it from going to the people to decide. If Newsom adds any shots to the mandated kids school schedule, no child in CA has to take them because we have a Personal Belief Exemption for any shots added to the mandate by the CDPH! We got the PBE to CDPH-mandated shots in 2015 as an ammendment to bad bill SB277 that removed the broad PBE and gave power to CDPH to add shots to schedule. No shots have ever been mandated through CDPH so there has been no use of this PBE yet, but Newsom, with AB144, his own CA CDC and hiring of Susan Momarez, is now signaling that he might do so. Getting a shot on the mandated kids school schedule in CA is the holy grail of business models for big pharma - over 10% of US population and no way to opt out as there are no functional exemptions to shots added through the legislature (except kids on IEP's are exempt from needing an exemption). If Newsom uses CDPH to mandate shots, pharma will not want you to know you can use the PBE to refuse those shots. They may also try to use the legislative process, through a regular bill or the budget process, to remove the PBE for CDPH-mandated shots. If they do, it's mission critical that we stop them. AB84 has been officially moved to the inactive file ! Congratulations, California! This shows that when we engage locally and at a state level, we can change our terrain. Continue to build relationships with your legislators and keep the heat on so that Assembly member Al Muratsuchi knows not to bring this bill back as a 2 year bill. Most Californians know that Newsom is a liar and has trashed the state. If Prop 50 passes it's only because we all didn't get out & vote NO in numbers too big to rig. They are counting on you not knowing any of this: Vote as early as possible by mail or in-person. Track your ballot to make sure it's counted at BallotTrax .net. Fix any problems with your ballot by calling your county elections office. Approximately 50% of all ballots put aside in cure pile to be fixed never get fixed and counted. If you mail your ballot on Nov 4 at the post office, go inside and insist they postmark it 11/4 in front of you. Do not drop it in USPS box even if it is before collection time. Nov 2024 election in CA had 33K votes not counted as the postmark was after election day. USPS has a Biden-era rule allowing them to postmark drop box mail the next day and that is what will happen to your mailed ballot if you don't take it inside to get postmarked in your presence.

NEW!: Newsom is blatantly coming after California charter & homeschools now by using his new Governor's 2026 budget to put in new requirements through a process that only let's AB84 / teachers union supporting legislators decide what that oversight will be! Budget subcommittee hearings will be in February and March. There will be public imput but it's limited & the whole process is bullshit & a way for Newsom to give his big backers a way to undermine their competition without constituent or legislative input and pushback. New bad vaccine bill out of California! AB2651 will have Newsom's CDPH establish immunization threshold levels for community immunity in kids schools. This will be used to first notify and then ultimately enforce child vaccine rates in a school setting. This is their move to coerce vaccine compliance in the face of their crumbling narrative of safe & effective and future proof against Religious exemptions which we expect to win through the courts in the coming years. But their community immunity tactic exposes the truth that shots that do not prevent transmission like hep b, tetanus, pertussis, tdap booster, etc have no place on any mandate schedule and that unbought science is being brought forward to show that the efficacy rates and safety of the other mandated shots are far below whatever magic immunity threshold numbers CDPH will cook up for big pharma, all backing the case that there should be no mandates. AB2651 will be heard in Assembly Health Committe on April 7 at the CA Capitol. The bill author, Mia Bonta - wife of AG Rob Bonta, is chair of this committe. Prop 50 just got worse - Newsom is trying to gerrymander the biggest California extremists into Congress! We know that 3 of those 5 Republican congressional seats Newsom is trying to steal by redrawing them to Democrat are being chased by former CA Senator & vaccine extremist Richard Pan, CA Senate President Mike McGuire & CA Speaker of the house Robert Rivas. Richard Pan is trying to gerrymander his way to congress through Newsom's Prop 50 rigged elections so he can mandate covid shots for all kids & adults without exemption and to stop RFKjr from making america healthy again. Richard Pan took away all CA vax exemptions for kids to go to school with SB277 (2015) & SB276 (2019) and attempted to mandate the Covid shot for all kids to go to school without exemption in 2022. Californians are taking voter ID into our own hands and forcing a people's vote in November 2026. State level is always best but election integrity must be locked in ASAP at the federal level too with the SAVE Act as the clock is ticking. Additionally. there are Democrat majority states like New York that do not have a ballot initiative process for their people to course-correct at the state level. Keep spreading the word on the SAVE Act. This is easily an 85/15 issue, even in CA, and new polling reflects that. If you’re a Californian, make sure to sign the Voter ID ballot initiative by Feb 6 so we ensure enough valid signatures that it can't be kept from a people's vote. BIG NEWS AB495! California, keep going, you efforts to stop AB495 are moving the terrain! Sept 5 the bill was ammended to require parent signature and the mentor-like relationship like teacher, coach, neighbor to be a caregiver has been removed! The bill still needs to be stopped as it still expands relative to 5th degree and prevents oversight by not allowing reporting to CPS if there are concerns that the child is in danger from the caregiver. BREAKING: NEWSOM JUST SIGNED AB144. It's critical you share this information so people know there is no HPV mandate and if shots are added by CDPH to mandated school schedule there is a PBE under SB277. California! Urgent AB144 is a major attack on health freedom and making america healthy again! AB144 was rammed through as a budget trailer bill is on Newsom's desk to sign or veto. It ends guidance & recommendations on immunizations from RFK Jr's HHS / CDC / ACIP and centralizes that power at CDPH. AB144 also EXPANDS liability shield protections for injury caused by shots to include private non-profits, schools, churches, community centers & their members who promote or host vaccine clinics. AB144 does NOT add any shots to the current mandated list, including HPV - there is no HPV mandate -, but it is an aggressive move to uphold the status quo of industry capture and is a warning that CDPH might be positioning to add shots directly to the mandated schedule at the governors directive. That would be a beaurocratic mandate (CDPH) versus a legislative mandate. It's important to spread the word that there is a personal belief exemption under 2015 law SB277 for any shots added to the mandated school schedule through the California Democrat of Public Health (CDPH). BREAKING: Just in time for the LA fire redevelopment, Newsom signs SB79 into law, a landmark development bill that undermines local control, homeowner rights and will change the fabric of neighborhoods & communities across the state. SB79 destroys single family zoning & any local control or recourse over it by allowing 7-story low income buildings to be put up in R-1 zoning that is within half mile of current or future public transit, including bus stops to push the population into high density zones under the guise of improving public transportation. 🇺🇲 Help save CA.
