Meet "law enforcement officer" Favard. He was lying about being on duty. He was working an off-duty paid detail at the Apple Store. And he left that job to go outside and accost our contributor on the street, but then ran back inside to flip them off through the store window.

This dirty cop saw one of our contributors take some pictures of one of their cars parked illegally on top of the hollow sidewalk right next to a sign warning not to do that. So he harassed them and then decided to get into his SUV and tried to threaten them with the vehicle.
