we did it! 🥹 we celebrated my fav person in the whole world. neighbors, friends, family from all sides, gathered at my house to surprise my grandma for her 97th birthday. everyone got temporary rose tattoos cuz she said if she ever got one, that's what she would get. she got two lol, she's so cute. we threw a whole hog on the grill for her cuz if my grandad was still with us, that's exactly what we would have done. i love this woman so much. she raised me. she taught me how a woman takes care of her family and household and i'm forever ever grateful for that. my family is so so so grateful for her love, humor and wisdom. our matriarch. 🌹
