Cognizant has 1,831 pending PERM cases marked APPLICATION ON HOLD. (And we couldn’t be happier about it.) When I first started studying LCA data to identify high yield clusters for PAF checks, I immediately noticed Cognizant reporting an insanely high count of apartments as worksites. Then I found Star Voss on S. Voss Road. Cognizant lists multiple H-1B worksites inside Star Voss, an 810-unit Houston apartment complex owned by Tara Capital. Tara CEO Gopal Aggarwal has spent 20+ years on the board of Hindus of Greater Houston. HGH operates from 4018 Westhollow Pkwy - a Star Pipe Products facility. Star Pipe CEO Ramesh Bhutada sits on HGH’s advisory council and has been a longtime leader of HSS USA, which says it is legally independent but “inspired” by India’s RSS. At Howdy Modi, Bhutada was a Patron. Anu & Arun Agarwal were honorary co-chairs. Arun later became Chair of Abbott’s Texas Economic Development Corporation, after helping lead Abbott’s India missions courting firms including Infosys, TCS, Wipro and HCLTech. KXAN reported Arun had given Abbott $196,758 since 2014. None of this alone proves wrongdoing - but the visa companies, real estate, Sangh-linked institutions, political donors and Texas economic-development machine keep intersecting. When I left Texas at 18 to join the Army, they told us if we fought overseas, we’d be preserving our way of life back home. Twenty years later, I finally came back… …and now Texas is just a bunch of Indian shops, Afghan markets and halal stores. This is my state, but it feels so far from home. This is what the “talent shortage” actually looks like. Foreign students and H-1B spouses sweating $1,800 premium processing fees and downloading case trackers just to get their OPT/H4/GC EADs so Americans can be displaced quicker. The entire cottage industry of EAD trackers, coupon codes and body-shop compliance apps only exists because Congress keeps the pipeline wide open. Protect the American worker - End it all.

The evidence is starting to pile up on H-1B fraud... This video is of a "candidate" being prepared for an interview with a "client" by a man who owns a staffing agency, while also being on H-1B and working himself for said client. (Yes, actively managing another business while being on an H-1B for another employer is illegal.) Here's how it works: The scammer (Recruit HR in this video), uses his position at the client to get interviews scheduled for people he refers who are willing to pay a $5 per hour kickback. He ensures they pass the interview by giving them just enough training to answer specific questions he knows will be asked and then does a mock interview himself. Here you see just how unworthy this referral actually is - but he was still pushed forward and placed at the client. The scammer (I have his real identity) also happens to be directly connected to a major foreign labor lobby - I bet you'll be able to guess which one.

Check out the third-world standards straight from the back alleys of India being demonstrated by Sangam Supermarket in North Houston. Sandwiched between two sets of dumpsters, on the hot asphalt they’re piling up one food safety violation after another and nobody seems to give a damn. This isn’t oversight, it’s just low standards and exactly how things are done in 3rd world markets. This has ZERO place in American grocery stores. Harris County Public Health and the Houston Health Department are supposed to enforce the Texas Food Establishment Rules (TFER), yet here we are. Let’s count the violations: 1. Section 228.69 (Protection from Contamination): Zero shielding from exhaust fumes, bird shit, dust and debris. 2. Section 228.186 (Pest Control): Bulk food stored directly beside active dumpsters, prime real estate for roaches, rats and every pest in Houston. 3. Section 228.174 (Storage Location): Palletized inventory must stay inside a clean, secure, dry facility, not baking outside in the Texas sun. Houston Health Dept Harris County Public Health #GetVaxxed will you stop letting third-world hygiene slide at Indian grocery stores in our city? Get an environmental health specialist out to this store immediately.

If you’re wondering why they may have made this decision… look no further than a piece I put out a few months ago. I know it’s painful to listen to, but here’s a real example of a body shop trying to place unqualified candidates at Citi Bank, Sea World and Walmart. Even after having a full briefing on the questions that will be asked and the answers expected - this is how the interviews go. Now imagine just how bad the “support” they are getting from these body shops actually is, if this is how they get through interviews. This post from NDTV isn’t a news story, it’s an advertisement for the diaspora to modify their strategies for getting to and remaining in the US. Indian media is literally putting out their new game plans. If the example in the NDTV ad wasn’t enough, heres a video from XP Times doing the same. At the same time, we see non-immigrant workers adopting said plan. This guy has less than a year on the job, is the lowest level developer there is at his company, but because he didn’t “win” the H-1B lotto - he’s now going to try to game the O-1 criteria. As he works towards this, he enjoys a role at a big tech company that only 2 months after he was hired, laid off 15k of their employees. Given his “leadership chain,” I feel like they’ll find a way to make it work for him. Soon he’ll be judging hackathons, giving speeches and presentations and may even have his name added to patents or papers - all in the name of helping him “meet the criteria.” And if for some reason they can’t figure out how to game this visa, they’ll just L-1 park him in Canada for a while. We can’t fix this piecemeal, we need a pause and complete rebuild of this broken-beyond-repair system.

May 2026: Silent layoffs debut as the preferred method; testing proved mass layoffs led to unwanted resentment. Now, there will be no noise or big announcement, just quiet "role eliminations."
