It was the real NIPC that originally flagged the fake agency's activities to the Office of the Chief of Staff. 4. Most of the photos circulating online of the fake Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council (PFIPC) chairman are FAKE with little to no links to real events. 5. The EFCC award one involving Chairman Ola Olukoyede is FAKE. 6. The Office of the Chief of Staff (Femi Gbajabiamila), discovered the scam, blew the whistle, and had the fraudster arrested. 7. No government money was lost. 8. The online propaganda is completely fake, along with the cheaply edited Photoshop images.
