An independent candidate from Rampur Parliamentary Constituency & an advocate Mehmood Pracha has filed a police complaint against the Election Commission of India , PM Modi, Amit Shah and other BJP leaders. He said if the Delhi police does not convert this complaint into a FIR, then he will move to the court seeking investigation into the matter. He further added that the complaint is based on the evidence he collected during the polling at Rampur polling booths. This is the first formal criminal complaint related to the #loksabhaelecetions2024 Here is the YT link -

The petition says, "the injury to the citizens of the country is large because the political parties in the garb of donation received through Electoral Bond has granted unlawful benefit to the donors by compromising the public interest and playing fraud on public exchequer.
