'Why I Run' (My Vulnerable Story). This has been a challenging video to put together. For the first time, I sit down in front of a camera and share what running means to me, in an honest sit-down. No effects, no compilations, teasers and music. Just me, the camera, and the story of how I went from being an arthritic, overweight kid who once couldn’t open a door, to a disciplined, long-distance runner who now challenges herself with 50K+ distances.
