British Flotilla member Elliot Roberts claims the IDF gave him a “broken spine”. I have a permanent back injury form that is service related and it effects my L3,L4 and L5 discs. When they simply "act up", I can barely move, then alone twist while talking. As a former fire fighter of 26 years, I have seen many spinal injuries including shattered backs. NEVER have seen any of them walking and talking casually. An injured back in 99% of the cases effects your ability to move without pain or limitations, as well as, your ability to breathe (As in my case) in more severe cases as it puts pressure on muscles and nerves that supply your lungs and/or diaphragm. I'm not being racist when I say this should NOT be allowed in Canada unless there are rules. 1- ONLY biodegradable materials to be used that DO NOT harm the environment. 2- Permit MUST be obtained PRIOR to this occurring so if they use plastics and such, someone can be held accountable. 3- Ministry of Fisheries and Oceans to attend to observe their actions. If the Liberals truly want to protect our environment and watersheds, there MUST be strong rules that go along with allowing this to happen. If not, OUR rivers will end up looking like THEIR rivers. That's a fact.

Developing issue at the ostrich farm. Cfia inform the family that there is a bird that's not drinking and they suspect it's dehydrated. Dave came to the police line with the farm vet with a bag of electrolytes to give the bird. The RCMP were told by cfia not to let them in. Since the farm vet is retired, she's been denied access by cfia. All right be there. I'm about to let you back. Unacceptable to say the least. Especially when cfia claims they gave the bird electrolytes but nobody can verify it because they're hiding from everybody.

Everywhere you turned yesterday, it was "Liberals meet 2% NATO spending target for first time under Carney." blah blah blah..... Everyone with half a brain knows this was a numbers game. Just like splitting the budget numbers to make it look better. But if you removed the recently added Coast Guard, planting of trees at CAF bases, they would have NOT met those targets. They did this for one reason. It's an election year. Do you honestly think they'd meet the spending next year? or the year after that?
