Shocking inefficiency by GMDA 🆘️ The Bajghera Underpass on #DwarkaExpressway flooded because water from Old Bajghera Rail Over Bridge & Palam Vihar was routed into #NHAI's Dwarka Expressway Underpass instead of the main BIG drain along the surface road.
