Benching 225# is A LOT for the average person (not that much for the average lifter) The average person is not only overfat, but weak, and not only significantly underestimates how fat they are but also overestimates how strong they think they are AT MINIMUM a man should be able to bench his own bodyweight (the 2 in the video failed and both are well over 225#) Being weak is just as much of a health crisis as being overfat, which is now the norm all over the globe
