हरियाणा में जगह-जगह किसान दिल्ली कूच में शामिल होने के लिए हाइवे के खेतों में मोर्चे लगाए बैठे हैं. कहा जा रहा है बड़ा भाई (पंजाब) आ रहा है, साथ मिलकर दिल्ली जाएंगे. साथ ही रास्ता खोलने की मांग की जा रही है. मांग ना मानने पर खुद रास्ता खोलने की चेतावनी दी.

पीजीआई रोहतक में एडमिट पंजाबी लड़का प्रीतपाल इतना डरा हुआ है कि उसको लग रहा है वो बचेगा या नहीं. प्रीतपाल के भाई ने उस पर हुए पुलिस के जुल्म की पूरी कहानी बताई है. और उनकी मांग है कि प्रीतपाल को इलाज के लिए चंडीगढ़ ले जाने दिया जाए. प्रीतपाल के भाई ने कहा, "प्रीतपाल को बोरी में डालकर पीटा गया है, आंख मुश्किल से बची है, सर में 15 से 20 टांके लगे हुए हैं, टांग दो जगह से टूटी हुई है. उसके बाद पीजीआई रोहतक में ले गए. पीजीआई रोहतक वाले चंडीगढ़ रेफर कर रहे है. लेकिन वो होने नहीं दिया जा रहा. वहां हम लोगों 24 घंटे पुलिस की नजर रहती है. हालत खराब होने की वजह से ऑपरेशन नहीं हो पाया. प्रीतपाल इतना डर रहा है कि मैं बच पाऊंगा या नहीं."
