#CAB3 failed to protect Stoneridge residents and Hara South citizens. Their hopes at Hopley was sold to the Chinese. #CAB3 has made war veterans, their families and children the second class citizens in their own country. #CAB3 gives the Chinese, Belarusians, and Russians more rights than Zimbabwean citizens. It protect foreigners more than natives!! #CAB3 does not protect property rights. Citizens DO NOT OWN their land. Land is owned by a few while the majority live at risk of eviction without notice. #CAB3 does not address the rights of the elderly, their pensions, healthcare and social welfare. #CAB3 is silent on the disabled, the blind, deaf and dumb and the vulnerable.
