Wasn't until I watched Dark Water again recently I realised that this version of the Cybermen theme is just a reuse of the Series 2 version. Crazy to think that RTD era music was being reused in the Capaldi era. Not as wild as Moffat era music being used in RTD2 though.

Not 100% sure on this, but was last night's #Casualty the first time we've seen them blend straight from the previously into the main episode, continuing the same scene with no cut to black? I can't think of any other time this has happened.
