‼️BREAKING: Prosecution Shows Rifle Photos In Tyler Robinson Hearing — But There’s A Major Problem 👀 In Tyler Robinson’s preliminary hearing, prosecutors just showed photos of the rifle they claim was used to assassinate Charlie Kirk. They displayed: The exact location where the gun was allegedly found The rifle wrapped in a towel (how they say it was discovered) The same rifle out of the towel and in a box Here’s the critical issue: This is a sporterized Mauser .30-06 with a low-mounted scope. If the rifle still has its original military-style wing safety, it would be nearly impossible to operate with that scope mounted. The safety wing would have to flip up and over the bolt — directly into the scope. For this rifle to actually fire with the current scope setup, it would need an aftermarket low-profile safety that clears the optic. So the question is simple: Looking at these photos the prosecution just presented… does this rifle still have the original military wing safety, or has it been modified with a low-profile aftermarket safety? If it still has the original safety, this gun — as configured — could not have been fired with that scope in place. This is a major problem for the prosecution’s case. That description also closely matches what was broadcast over police dispatch that day: a suspect wearing all black, black mask, and carrying a long gun. The only known footage of a person on the roof also shows someone dressed entirely in black in a prone position on the Losee building. This new video does not appear to show Tyler Robinson — however, the man in the video bears a noticeable resemblance to Lance Twiggs — particularly in hair length, color, and profile, though the footage is too blurry to make a positive identification. If this is the same person seen on the roof and the same individual who approached the construction crew, it raises serious questions about who was actually at the scene that day. The descriptions of the person seen running, the person on the roof, and the individual who approached the construction crew are all consistent with each other… and inconsistent with Tyler Robinson. These items were initially sent to the FBI for DNA testing. They were never tested. According to FBI agent Amanda Baker, the decision was made to stop testing because the items allegedly belonged to someone on Charlie Kirk’s own security detail. ‼️Unequivocal Visual Proof: Charlie Kirk Was KILLED by a PETN Explosion Inside His RODE Mic Transceiver 👀 The evidence has been staring us in the face. A small shaped charge of PETN placed inside Charlie Kirk’s RODE Wireless Mic transceiver on his belt explains everything we’ve seen — the shirt movement, the neck wound, the sound, and the debris. When detonated, a micro shaped charge like this creates a focused, extremely powerful upward blast. That force would travel from the bottom of his shirt (where the transceiver sat on his belt) straight up under the fabric, creating a visible air pocket and violently yanking the shirt over his left shoulder — exactly what we see in the slowed-down footage. The blast was strong enough to snap his necklace and send it flying. Shrapnel from the exploded transceiver (specifically pieces of the black ABS housing and glass face) was projected upward with enough force to penetrate Charlie’s neck. One of the videos Jon Bray uncovered clearly shows a small square black object striking his neck at the exact moment the wound appears. Most of the remaining shrapnel was caught and contained by his white shirt, which is why we never saw a widespread spray of debris. The explosion itself would produce very little smoke — just wispy, light gray to white smoke — along with a visible shockwave, both of which match what we see in the slowed-down footage. The audio frequency of a PETN detonation this size also lines up with the loud “big bang” captured that day. This theory is now further confirmed by what Candace Owens showed this week. The RODE transceiver has the exact same features as the black shards found in the SUV: ✅Black ABS housing ✅Glass face ✅White “RODE” writing ✅USB icon/logo Everything matches.
