BREAKING: In a win for Luigi Mangione the judge rules the cops conducted an illegal search and seizure violating Luigi’s 4th amendment rights since they didn’t have a search warrant. All items found in Luigi’s backpack at the Pennsylvania McDonald’s will not be allowed at trial. The judge is allowing the gun to be used at trial since cops claim they didn’t find the gun until they got back to the police station. This has always been the most suspicious part of the case because how did the cops miss the gun at McDonalds? The cops could have easily planted the gun in Luigi’s backpack on their way to the station, which is what Luigi’s lawyers should argue.

This is outrageous. A small town in Michigan did everything right to stop OpenAI & Oracle from building a $16 billion data center in their town. The people of Saline Township flooded their council meeting, put up signs all over town, and convinced their officials to reject it. The officials voted against the data center 4-1, and that should have been the end. But two days later the developers sued, and the town couldn’t afford to fight back in court. We are not a free nation when billion-dollar corporations can take over the land of our communities and towns. We are a captive nation ruled by corporations and billionaires.

He explains to police that he did nothing wrong and they’re violating his First Amendment rights. The police don’t care and arrest him anyway. This is the current state of America. Our government and both parties are completely owned by the tech billionaires who are rewiring our entire economy to usher in their AI techno-capitalist dystopia. Xi Jinping is putting on a clinic: “The whole world is watching our meeting. The International situation is turbulent. The world is at a new crossroads: Can China and the US overcome the Thucydides Trap and create a new paradigm to meet global challenges together.” The Thucydides Trap is the structural tension that occurs when a rapidly rising power (China) threatens to displace an established ruling power that is in decline (US). By mentioning the Thucydides trap, Xi Jinping is signaling that China is the new leader of the free world and what’s remarkable is, unlike the U.S., China achieved this without dropping bombs, waging endless wars, or spending $1 trillion a year on its military. Instead China became the leader of the free world by investing in its people with housing, education, health care, and the best modern infrastructure in the world, and investing in its neighbor countries through its Belt and Road Initiative, which has funded ports, railways, and energy networks across the Global South. The US became a “superpower” through endless wars, corruption, and selling out its own people to the billionaire class while China became a superpower and surpassed the US by building trade and relations with the world and investing in its people instead of wars. Americans would be wise to take note and then change our corrupt government.
