ง่ายเกินไป “Too Easy” A classic Thai heartbreak song originally recorded by The Sun (เดอะ ซัน) in 1998, ง่ายเกินไป tells a cruelly simple story. Someone gives everything to the person they love, only to discover that being loved so easily has made them easy to discard. It is currently performed by Kamonnate Mhatthayakhun, bringing a female voice to a song originally sung from a male perspective. A key verse captures the moment the relationship dies: “แต่มาวันนี้เธอทิ้งกันไปไม่เหลือเยื่อใย” “But today you left me, without a trace of affection remaining.” The Thai word เยื่อใย (yuea yai) means the emotional threads that still bind two people together. ไม่เหลือเยื่อใย means even those final threads are gone. The chorus delivers the song’s central question: “มันง่ายเกินไปใช่ไหม ที่ฉันยอม” “Was it too easy because I always gave in?” She gave everything because she loved completely. Instead of being cherished, she became ของตาย (khong tai), a Thai expression for someone taken for granted because you assume they will always be there. That is what makes the song endure. The tragedy is not that she loved too little. It is that she gave so much, so freely, that the other person stopped understanding its value.

ยื่นหนังสือสถานทูตอิสราเอล จี้ปรามพฤติกรรมนักท่องเที่ยว เจ้าของสมุยเอ็กโซติก ปาร์ค เต้ อาชีวะ ยื่นหนังสือสถานทูตอิสราเอล จี้ปรามพฤติกรรมนักท่องเที่ยว อ้างร้องเรียนกว่า 200 เคส ลั่น ก.ย.มีเซอร์ไพรส์ 2 พันบริษัทนอมินี น.ส.จินดารัตน์ หรือ “คุณจิน” นายเควิน สามี เจ้าของสมุยเอ็กโซติก ปาร์ค พร้อมนายอัครวุธ ไกรศรีสมบัติ หรือ “เต้ อาชีวะ” เดินทางไปยื่นหนังสือต่อสถานเอกอัครราชทูตอิสราเอลประจำประเทศไทย ขอให้ช่วยสร้างความเข้าใจแก่นักท่องเที่ยวและผู้พำนักชาวอิสราเอล ให้เคารพกฎหมาย ขนบธรรมเนียม และวัฒนธรรมไทย เนื้อหาในหนังสือระบุว่า เครือข่ายภาคประชาชนไทยไม่ทนได้รับเรื่องร้องเรียนจากประชาชนในหลายพื้นที่ อาทิ ภูเก็ต เกาะสมุย เกาะพะงัน และปาย เกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมข่มขู่ คุกคาม รวมถึงข้อพิพาทด้านธุรกิจและอสังหาริมทรัพย์ พร้อมย้ำว่า ไม่ได้เหมารวมชาวอิสราเอลทั้งหมด แต่หากบุคคลใดกระทำผิดกฎหมายไทย ควรเข้าสู่กระบวนการตรวจสอบและดำเนินคดีตามกฎหมาย เต้ อาชีวะ เปิดเผยว่า การเดินทางมาครั้งนี้เป็นการมาอย่างสันติ ต้องการนำความเดือดร้อนของประชาชนมาให้สถานทูตรับทราบ โดยอ้างว่ามีเรื่องร้องเรียนเข้ามาแล้ว ไม่ต่ำกว่า 200 เคส ส่วนใหญ่เป็นผู้ประกอบการที่ถูกคุกคามหรือข่มขู่ทางธุรกิจ โดยเคสที่หนักคือ “คุณจิน” ซึ่งอ้างว่าถูกข่มขู่ฆ่า รวมถึงมีกรณีทะเลาะกับไกด์ ข่มขู่อินฟลูเอนเซอร์ไทย และข้อพิพาทกับร้านอาหารบนเกาะพะงัน พื้นที่ที่มีเรื่องร้องเรียนมาก ได้แก่ ป่าตอง ภูเก็ต เกาะสมุย เกาะพะงัน และปาย โดยอ้างว่าบางพื้นที่มีเรื่องร้องเรียน 60-70 เคส พร้อมย้ำว่าปัญหานักท่องเที่ยวต่างชาติไม่ได้มีเฉพาะชาวอิสราเอล แต่ยังมีชาวจีน รัสเซีย อังกฤษ และฝรั่งเศส และเรียกร้องให้รัฐบาลเร่งจัดการปัญหาชาวต่างชาติที่กระทำผิดกฎหมายไทย ตนตั้งข้อสังเกตฃว่า “ยิวศูนย์เหรียญ” และการประกอบธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวข้องกับนักท่องเที่ยวชาวอิสราเอล พร้อมเรียกร้องให้ตรวจสอบธุรกิจต่างชาติและปัญหานอมินี โดยระบุว่า เดือนกันยายนจะมี “เซอร์ไพรส์” และอ้างว่ามีบริษัทที่เกี่ยวข้องกับนอมินีมากกว่า 2,000 บริษัท รวมถึงอาจมีประเด็นข้าราชการที่เกี่ยวข้องหรือปล่อยปละละเลย พร้อมขอให้สื่อมวลชนติดตามเรื่องนี้ ส่วนกรณี “ชาบัด” ตนไม่ได้มีปัญหากับศาสนา แต่ต้องการให้ผู้ที่เข้ามาอยู่และประกอบธุรกิจในประเทศไทยเคารพกฎหมายและไม่คุกคามคนไทย พร้อมตั้งคำถามถึงพฤติกรรมของชาวต่างชาติบางรายที่อ้างว่ารู้จักตำรวจหรือทนายความ โดยย้ำว่า การรู้จักเจ้าหน้าที่ไม่ได้หมายความว่าจะอยู่เหนือกฎหมาย ด้าน “คุณจิน” เปิดเผยว่า ก่อนหน้านี้ได้เข้าแจ้งความที่กองบังคับการปราบปราม พร้อมมอบหลักฐานภาพถ่ายและกล้องวงจรปิด กรณีถูกข่มขู่และมีบุคคลมาจอดรถบริเวณหน้าบ้าน โดยระบุว่าตำรวจกำลังตรวจสอบข้อมูลและขยายผล ขณะที่ตนยังพบข้อความข่มขู่เข้ามาอย่างต่อเนื่อง ตนได้รับข้อความผ่าน Facebook, WhatsApp และ Instagram รวม 2-3 ร้อยข้อความ ในลักษณะข่มขู่ฆ่า ขู่ว่าจะส่งคนเข้าฟาร์ม หรือวางยาสัตว์ พร้อมตั้งคำถามถึงความมั่นใจของบุคคลบางกลุ่มที่กล่าวอ้างว่า “เกาะสมุยเป็นของอิสราเอล” และจะไล่คนไทยออกจากเกาะ มันมีอะไรที่ทำให้เขามั่นใจขนาดนั้น ว่าที่นี่เกาะสมุยเป็นของอิสราเอล และจะไล่เราออกจากเกาะ ตนยอมรับว่า ส่วนหนึ่งที่ตัดสินใจนำเรื่องเข้าสู่กองปราบ เพราะ ไม่มั่นใจในการทำงานของตำรวจในพื้นที่ และเชื่อว่าการเปิดเผยเรื่องต่อสื่ออาจทำให้ได้รับความช่วยเหลือมากขึ้น พร้อมระบุว่าคนไทยในพื้นที่จำนวนหนึ่งส่งข้อความมาให้กำลังใจ แต่เป็นการช่วยเหลือแบบไม่เปิดเผยตัว หลังจากแจ้งความไปแล้ว ยังมีการข่มขู่เข้ามาทุกวัน และแม้แต่ช่วงเช้าที่ผ่านมา ขณะที่ตนลงจากเครื่องบินก่อนเดินทางไปกองปราบ “โทนี่” ซึ่งเป็นคู่กรณี ก็ยังส่งข้อความมาเยาะเย้ยและข่มขู่หลังจากที่มีการแจ้งความไปแล้วยังมีการข่มขู่อยู่ทุกวัน จนเมื่อช่วงเช้าที่ผ่านมาตอนที่ตนนั้นลงเครื่องบินมาก่อนที่จะไปที่กองปราบ โทนี่ซึ่งเป็นคู่กรณี ก็ยังส่งข้อความมาเยาะเย้ยตนอยู่ ว่าบ้านไม่มีแล้ว แม่ไม่มีบ้านอยู่แล้ว แม่ต้องนอนในรถแล้ว เดี๋ยวตก้อยังมีการข่มขู่แบบนี้ตลอด สำหรับกรณีที่มีข่าวเกี่ยวกับการเพิกถอนวีซ่า บุคคลที่มีข่าวคือแฟนของตน “เควิน” และ “เจคอป” ซึ่งเป็นตัวละครแรก โดยยืนยันว่าไม่ได้มีความเกี่ยวข้องกัน และหากเจคอปถูกเนรเทศหรือไม่ก็ตาม ก็เป็นเพียงตัวละครเล็ก ๆ แต่กรณีของเควินต้องตั้งคำถามว่าเขาทำอะไรผิด เพราะเขาเพียงปกป้องฟาร์ม ธุรกิจ และสัตว์เลี้ยงของตน ตนก็ไม่ทราบว่าข่าวที่ออกไปนั้นเป็นจริงหรือเท็จ ด้านความปลอดภัย มีตำรวจเข้ามาดูแลหลังแจ้งเหตุ แต่ไม่ได้เฝ้าตลอดเวลา พร้อมยอมรับว่าขณะนี้ไม่ได้รู้สึกกลัว แต่ เหนื่อยและระแวง จากข้อความข่มขู่จำนวนมาก โดยเฉพาะความกังวลเรื่องความปลอดภัยของสัตว์และคนในครอบครัว ขณะที่ “เควิน” เปิดเผยเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ ระบุว่า จากประสบการณ์ใช้ชีวิตในประเทศไทยกว่า 10 ปี พบชาวต่างชาติจากหลายประเทศ แต่ไม่เคยเห็นกลุ่มใดแสดงอำนาจหรืออิทธิพลในลักษณะที่ตนพบ พร้อมเรียกร้องให้คนไทยตื่นตัวและปกป้องสิทธิของตัวเอง โดยยืนยันว่า ไม่ได้ต้องการเหยียดเชื้อชาติ แต่ต้องการให้ชาวต่างชาติเคารพและให้เกียรติคนไทย ทั้งนี้ หลังแถลงต่อสื่อ เต้ อาชีวะ คุณจิน,เควิน ได้แสดงออกเชิงสัญลักษณ์ด้วยการนำหนังสือมายื่นต่อสถานทูต พร้อมเรียกร้องให้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องตรวจสอบข้อเท็จจริงและบังคับใช้กฎหมายอย่างเท่าเทียม ไม่ว่าผู้กระทำผิดจะเป็นคนไทยหรือชาวต่างชาติ #สื่อเถื่อน #เจ้าของสมุยเอ็กโซติกปาร์คยื่นหนังสือสถานทูตอิสราเอล #น้ำส้มสายชูขู่ฆ่าคนไทยบนเกาะสมุย
