🐻: I was the same, it never changes. When we came back (from the tour), it was around 10am 🐻: I went to the gym, ice bath and sauna. Then I went home to eat, arranged clothes and slept 🐻: It's lucky that Im easy to fall asleep 🐻: but Gawin... 🐧: It's like Im not used to the time yet 🐧: I tried to not sleep at day time 🐧: I usually fall asleep around 9-10pm 🐧: I got enough sleep last night, but I kept waking up in the middle of the night 🎤: It's like life has it's own timing but our body wake up in different time, right 🐧: Yes yes yes 🎤: Still not adapt yet 🐻: And I think the series will start to film next week. 🐻: So might need to take care of ourselves a bit.
