Fried was the first HS kid to beat NCAA Champs. I believe scored on John Smith while in HS. Beat both Brands bros, Kendall Cross, Pat Smith, Was an NCAA Champ and 3X finalist, so many accolades. I’m proud to call him a friend and he was one incredible team mate and college roommate. I still carry bruises from training with the Legend… and remember the Rubens his mom made us when She’d visit Stillwater.
