I'm running for parliament because we need change. Labor’s red doesn’t represent social-democratic values. It represents the blood of Palestinians killed in Gaza while Labor signs deals with weapons companies that are arming Israel. It represents those who will die because of homelessness, the gutting of the NDIS, the near abolition of public housing programs that our Prime Minister benefited from before pulling up the ladder behind himself. Construction workers shouldn’t earn less because teachers are paid shit. The question should be how construction workers have managed to win higher wages from their shitty bosses and why doesn’t Labor pay education workers more (considering Labor is their boss at the moment). The answer is industrial action.
