Recently, I experienced a demanding schedule with functions in Nakuru, Eldoret, and Kakamega within a 14-hour span. After leaving Kakamega at midnight for a meeting in Nairobi at 8:30 am, I felt my body starting to give in while passing through Muhuroni. I had to pull over and rest briefly at Kericho and Mau Summit. A quick 30-minute nap can help rejuvenate the body. I finally arrived in Nairobi at 6:45 am. It's important to note that the Eldoret-Nakuru-Nairobi highway can be very dangerous at night. Some drivers refuse to yield, while others act as if they own the road, making it feel like a 'crime' to overtake them. I urge all road users to exercise caution this festive season. Protect life.

After my law firm took off in 2013, I embraced the opportunity to give back to society by supporting the construction of a house for a vulnerable family each year. Having once been a squatter myself, saved from penury by HELB funds, I understand the importance of lending a helping hand. This year marks the completion of my 15th house project. The dedicated team worked tirelessly until 1 am yesterday, keeping me informed of the progress every step of the way. As we near the finish line, the addition of solar installation will transform this modest house into a complete and sustainable home for its new occupant.
