Sophie's Squad encourages open conversations around mental health to ensure that all athletes feel like they have a safe space, with an ultimate goal of ending the stigma.

She is now in recovery, and playing hockey herself! A true inspiration to all of us. Thank you Laila for joining us today, and we hope you enjoy the game! 💙
