My boyfriend bought me this charger yesterday… now every time I plug in my phone, this little dog starts doing something. I’m honestly confused… is this cute or just weird?

I only asked my husband to cook rice… I gave him all the instructions and he followed every single step, but when the rice cooker was opened, it left me dumbfounded. 😭😂 I don’t know where the fault is, even though I feel like I’ve given him clear instructions. Where do you think I’m wrong? 👀
