Interesting new closure device I got to investigate today, the Celt Vasorum USA, Inc , connected nitinol intra and extravascular feet, 5 to 7F arterial indication, incredibly easy to use. Add ultrasound for heavy calcium closures. Anyone who has used it have comments/opinions?
