Oh it was definitely a fight. I see a few punches thrown. A lot of them actually. Some body blows especially. Kids t shots. Unfortunately I don’t see anyone fighting back though to make it a “fight”. I just see a cop punching Fred Kerley while other cops hold him down. And he got medals for what country again 🤔? He just left Paris representing what country again? But it was a “wild fight” right?

January 2, right at 3 months ago, Fred Kerley had his ribs broken while being beat by Miami Police Officers. He had his teeth knocked out as well. Then was pretty much banned from his house and hasn’t been able to go back. He wasn’t able to train the whole month of January. He hit the track mid Feb, still not able to breathe properly cause of his ribs. But y’all on Twitter talking forgetting that. Ok we’ll get your teeth knocked in, ribs broken, tased, and then in 7 weeks go line up and race. Half of y’all wouldn’t even be able to move for the next year. I say it all of the time. Some of y’all just dumb. So when real ninjas be like “we don’t f*** with them track ninjas. We just run track”….this what we be talking about. Only a track ninja or a community of track ninjas would watch a man get beat by the police and then try and flame him for not running “fast” just 3 months later 😂. Y’all are some heartless sick individuals. That’s all 😂. Real ninjas who run track feel everything I just said, cause they get it. Track ninjas gone have some to say back to me that’s the opposite cause they don’t understand.

What in the Perfect Knee Ash is going on here! He just put all y’all running mechanics to shame. “THIS” is called a series of “take offs” not a series of landings. Now how many times have I said “sprinting is a series of take offs, not a series of landings”. See how his body is going up in the air off every step…that’s called true applied force. Letting your body work and flow together vs that hard down spinning s*** everybody be doing. I keep telling y’all….the pros now aren’t as fast because for some reason they all like to spin and scoot vs lift. Bolt didn’t spin and scoot, Tyson didn’t spin and scoot, Mo didn’t spin and scoot, Donovan didn’t spin and scoot, Asafa didn’t spin and scoot. Hell Kim Collins didn’t spin a scoot. S*** I didn’t even spin and scoot! This is actually refreshing to see!

Sprinting is a series of take offs. Not a series of landings. That Dr. he talking about, Dr. Ken Clark, I studied under that man for years Jack lol. Worked with him. Did running videos with him of me for him to understand and break down mechanics. He taught me how to look at my videos and find everything I was doing wrong that was slowing me down and then he showed me how to fix it. I met Ken during my Nigerian days at the end of my career. And he got me tom run 10.09 at 36. Thats 13 years after my first career 10.0 race. If I had met that man when I was still in an American uniform, things would have been waaaaayyyyy different! This is a scientific breakdown of what I call “knee-ash”.

We might not agree that the 400m is not a sprint…but damnit Michael Johnson I’m with you 100% on this. NOW! I will say this…from a getting into the homes of the regular people it will definitely work, but at the expense of devaluing the track athlete.
