"Amma can't be called God...it's not allowed in my religion..pls change the lyrics" #ARR called Vaali on a morning & told this.. Vaali has put this on record in an article with frustration.. Dir SJ Surya admits this happened, but tries to sugar coat it.. Humble & kind..u know..

While #Dorothy is under debate.. Just remembered this scene from 1979 film "Azhage unnai aaraathikkiren" by dir Sridhar.. Mt be the earliest usage of "Lesbian" in a Tamil film. Decent family can't watch this film together..plenty of A dialogues. #Ilaiyaraaja songs were super hits

Just after #ARR 's grand debut in Roja, an 1990 album of composer Ousepacchan (with whom ARR worked as a programmer), was remade in Tamil & released from ARR's studio.. Ousepacchan was shocked & about to sue ARR. but he let him go, following a request from ARR's mom. Wht a Shame

#Ilaiyaraaja said recently "I blow my trumpet..because it's my own trumpet..". Every note played is his work! #ARR ? Listen to Guitar Prasanna... Puthiya mugam, Muthu, Love birds, Swades.. He has literally run a "music assembly service" company with the talent of "specialists" 😂

Story contd...😊 After his "New" experience, Vaali learnt how to "please" #ARR in SJS's next film.. When SJS checked on the lyrics, Vaali warned him "I have used the words that will appeal to Rahman..so just be quiet !". And SJS says "to satisfy Rahman's inner brain.." Vow !
